About GEB

On 18 August 2007, puppies and raisers gathered at the ESL Sports Center on the MCC campus for their annual RTS bus ride.  This helps the puppies socialize to a form of public transportation that they may very well use in the future.  First we walk the puppies around the bus to let them check out the outside, then we enter the bus and find a seat for a ride around the campus.

Sue T. of RTS has been hosting the puppies' ride for many years.  She shared her pictures and memories of previous years with the riders this year.  Here she is with new puppy Yuri.
Robbin and Paxton, Barb and Russ, Bonnie and Yuri, Steve and Anka, Michelle and Ribbon, Kelly and N?, Joel and Banyan, and Isaac, son of raisers Jim and Ann take their turn around the campus.
Raiser Loni hands off the reins (leash?) to fellow student, Brooklyn, who will be assisting Sandy in the raising of Pablo and future puppies.
Kelly and Image enjoyed the ride!
Steve and Anka look like old hands at getting off a bus.
Mary and Kyrie enjoy the RTS class, their last together before Kyrie leaves for "puppy college" back at Guiding Eyes.
Barb and Russ exiting the bus.
L - R: Just kidding!  The following photos are the whole crew following another successful "RTS class" for the puppies of 2007.  Getting all the dogs in line and paying attention (at the same time!) to the photographer rather than their neighbors is quite an undertaking.  If you see one that you like, contact the webmaster (kennel @ guiding-eyes-monroe.org) or Donna to get a full sized electronic copy for printing.

A big Thank You! to RTS and Sue T. for this wonderful opportunity for all our GEB puppies!!
